Please read these terms carefully before booking with Capital Rent A Car.
1. Eligibility & Requirements
To rent a vehicle on a self-drive basis, the primary driver must be at least 21 years of age and hold a valid Pakistani driving licence. A valid CNIC (original and copy) is required for all rentals. International customers may rent using a passport and an international driving permit.
2. Bookings
All bookings made through this website are treated as booking requests and are subject to vehicle availability. A booking is only confirmed once our team has contacted you by phone or WhatsApp and agreed the final details. Prices shown are estimates based on the information you provide and may vary with season, promotions and add-ons.
3. Security Deposit
A refundable security deposit is required for self-drive rentals and varies by vehicle. The deposit is returned in full after the vehicle is returned and inspected, less any charges for damage, traffic violations, missing fuel or late return.
4. Fuel Policy
Vehicles are supplied with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with a full tank, unless an alternative arrangement has been agreed in writing. Any shortfall will be charged at the prevailing fuel rate plus a refuelling service fee.
5. Mileage
Unless otherwise stated on the vehicle listing, rentals include the mileage policy shown. Where a daily mileage cap applies, additional kilometres are charged at the per-kilometre rate quoted at the time of booking.
6. Use of Vehicle
The vehicle must only be driven by authorised drivers named on the rental agreement. Vehicles may not be used for racing, sub-letting, carrying hazardous goods, or any unlawful purpose. Smoking is not permitted in any vehicle.
7. Insurance & Liability
Our vehicles are insured in accordance with local regulations. The renter remains responsible for traffic fines, tolls and any damage caused through negligent or unauthorised use. Full coverage terms are provided with the rental agreement.
8. Cancellations & Extensions
Bookings may be cancelled free of charge before the agreed pick-up time. To extend a rental, please contact us before your scheduled return time; extensions are subject to availability and additional charges.
9. Breakdown & Assistance
We provide 24/7 roadside assistance. In the event of a mechanical breakdown, contact us immediately and do not attempt unauthorised repairs.
10. Changes to These Terms
